Keemo68 gave you the best instructions you will come across. And if your remote cannot find a code automatically, you're stuck.
Sorry to say that, but combo players are notorious for NOT being able to program. The best you can be able to hope for is to switch to the Line In for your Combo and then use the manufacturers remote to access the functions.
In my research on your player, there are hundreds of people in the same predictiment as you are right now.
There are sites that are free to use and have user forums. VideoHelp.com and RemoteCentral.com
From what I read, some say their tech support is great and others just the opposite. Your last resort is to contact them by phone and see if they have a Remote Code, but I sort of doubt it.
Sorry to be pessimistic here. We all want to help you and especially as a paying customer, we earn $6 if you rate fixed.
So, take Keemo68's advice and see if that will work, but be prepared to use your supplied remote in the long run.
I've got a combo and this is what I've had to do. We even had the Satelite installer here to add some more units and he couldn't get the code, because its a combo we have too.
you should have several buttons like dvd, aux, etc on your tv remote. what you have to do is decide what button you will use for each componant. then with the compant and tv on press the button on the remote for your componant hand hold it till the red light on your remote blinks 2 times this will allow the remote to search for the code auto matically. once it finds it the light to stop blinking. hit the enter button then hold down power button to remote till the componat shuts off hit enter again this should lock the code. the hit the power button and the componant should turn on............hope this helps...........please rate this.......thanksyou should have several buttons like dvd, aux, etc on your tv remote. what you have to do is decide what button you will use for each componant. then with the compant and tv on press the button on the remote for your componant hand hold it till the red light on your remote blinks 2 times this will allow the remote to search for the code auto matically. once it finds it the light to stop blinking. hit the enter button then hold down power button to remote till the componat shuts off hit enter again this should lock the code. the hit the power button and the componant should turn on............hope this helps...........please rate this.......thanks
HI, what model is the goplayer? Happy to help you further with this info. Otherwise, you can check out this webpage for a list of downloadable manuals. For your quickest fix, you can find the model you have in this list and check the manual. It should have the code you need listed. Please be sure to send me a good rating if I have been of help. Thank you and good luck!!! :)
