Need to buy drain pump for LG washer WM1812CW but can not find where? Washer will not drain water. Already removed pump from washer and searched for foreign parts. Tested pump and makes funny noise also outside machine (even though it spins). Assembled back, but still not water drain

I have a problem that my water will not drain. Had someone to fix the problem, he told me that it my be the pump but, he also wanted to be sure. I no longer have my manual.He wld like to know where is the CANCLE button.
