Need to know how to adjust carburator on Tecumseh 8 HP Snow King motor on Troy Bilt Snow Blower. It keeps missing and sometimes backfires. I had to replace the cylinder head last year and have not been able to get the carburator tuned correctly since.....

That could be wiring issue that the batter isn't able to take up the electricity supplied to it.. u know, the conductor between them..
if possible get a manual from reliable-store to fix it urself
