I have the same problem. I'm specifically looking for the bottom left plastic guide bracket that holds the raising/lowering side into place. What are you looking for? Maybe we could work something out so that at least one of us has a functioning crib?
I am also looking for the lower left guide bracket that the raising and lowering side rests on. I have no solutions short of attempting to exchange parts with someone who has the same problem.
