The default entries for your router are Username: admin Password: password
If you changed these settings earlier, then these credentials won't work. In that case you will have to reset your router (look at the rear panel to find the reset switch) and use the default settings to log in. Be aware that by resetting you are erasing all changes you have made (WEP key, DSL settings, etc.), but it's the only way if you forgot your password.
