Need wiring for on-off switch
I have a Lakewood heater that has 7 fins excluding the front where the controller is mounted.
I need a wiring diagram for the on-off switch. I have a bad switch, removed it last year and now I want to hook up the new switch, but I only find the black wire going to the plug. I don't see where the other wire is to hook up to the switch, please help! TIA

Hi Joe. Typically the switch interrupts the hot wire, which is black. Therefore, two black wires are connected to the two screws on the switch. Look in the area where you see the one black wire and you should find a second black wire. Connect each of the to the switch and you will be switching [controlling] the hot [black] wire.
