Remove all the gaskets and rubber and plastic parts and soak the carb overnight in some Gunk carb cleaner. You can use other solvents to clean it...this is the correct way...or you can just get a can of aerosol carb cleaner from auto parts store with straw and spray it thru every orifice you can find....then let dry if you don't have some compressed air to blow it out with....not a hard fix but a good soaking overnight can't be beat. Make sure to remove the float and the hang-clip and the needle from the carb body. I don't recommend trying to remove the seat.
