Take a smaller flat ended screw that will fit easily into the hole sticking out the end. Grease the outside of the smaller screw but not the end. Put a TINY drop of superglue on the end and hold it to the part of the screw stuck in the hole. After 30 seconds, gently unscrew them. Be careful that there is not too much glue. (The grease should prevent the glue to sticking to the side of the screw)
