Needle locked in right position

What is the model number and brand name please.

If this is a newer model you may have the progam/function
set on the wrong pattern

My wife uses a newer style with all this cool features on it but
it took a while to figure it out.

The needle may not be postioned correctly and also
check the shape (bent) or see if the arm lookes bent
the part that holds the needle. Just turn it on and watch how it looks
if it is normal up and down and it is not lose or bent you may just need to
adjust it

New stitching order for satin buttonholes when using the Sensor
Buttonhole foot. This will give a more balanced look to the columns

Four new stitches have been added. D46 (pin stitch), F15
("precision appliquè"), F16 ("frame" stitch) and V3 (basting stitch).
When using V3, you can choose from manual feed until the foot is raised
from the pedal and pressed again. If STOP is cancelled the machine will
start automatically after a short pause for manual feed.

Support for the midsize hoop, 170 x 100 mm.

The total number of stitches in a color block are shown with the current stitch number.

27 new exciting quilt stitches.

Cut can be programmed.

18 new big beautiful Omnimotion stitches.

QuickFont Plus Support

Stitch C33/F6 (tapered satin) now indicates stitch part.

FIX can now be programmed together with stitches.
