Nero error PLEASE HELP!!!!
I bought a new external cdrw external drive today. I hooked it up, installed "Nero" because it came with it and when I started to burn the songs...I got an error message "calibration area full". So I browsed this site and took the advice of someone to go control panel/administrative options/ and I can't remember exactly but I clicked on the CD drive and changed it to "disable". It did nothing. I decided to try Ghost Mp3 Maker and it worked.
My question is: Why do you think Nero is giving me that error message? Do you think something is really wrong inside this thing? I have no knowledge of how these work...but I can follow directions well enough to figure things out if told what to do. I'm just worried that something is wrong, even though Ghost works. There must be a reason Nero isn't?!
Thanks so much....

My expert Hanto solved this problem for me. It waas the cd's I was using. They were no good due to continuously trying to burn them on a cd burner that was dead.
