My Netcom 9020 headset works fine at work, but at home I can hear fine but the other end cannot hear me. I've tried all of the compatiblity settings on several phones I have at home but no difference. A,C, and G works on all of the Princess phones, F works on my phone in the kitchen. When I switch to the handset, then they can hear. When I take the unit to my work everything works fine, too.
