This is caused by the drain hose being put to tight into the standpipe or the standpipe to low. The drain hose should be at least the height of the machine and should have an air space around it where it goes into the standpipe ( this is yourdrain pipe in your home). If it is to low water will run right out of the machine when it enters. If there is no air gap it will create a siphoning effect and drain your machine.
