New furnace, Water In Induction Motor, Yellow Flame
Converted new furnace to propane - red springs, #55 orifice. Pressures 12.5 WC in, 6 WC low stage, 10 WC high. Took 5 turns from initial 1.5 turns to set regulator. Is this a lot? Yellow flame even with vent and flew disconnected and door open. A lot of condensation to point that there is water in induction motor. Very little air coming out of top of furnace when vent was disconnected. I assume yellow flame is from air restriction. Is excess water from poor burn or poor burn somehow result of condensation drainage? There is only a 3/4 inch hole from heat exchanger to induction motor. Is this the correct size? Seems small. Can I damage furnace using it once a day to heat house? Thank-you for the help.
