New gaggia baby after setting up and priming when brewing coffee if spurts out through hole at very high pressurs going everywhere i have the correct finely ground cooffee and correct amound but it is coming out way too fast

You either have to adjust the grind finer or tamp your coffee a little harder.
Have the same problem and yet to speak to La Gaggia....and trust me it is nothing to do with grind or tamp of your coffee.
Firstly I have owed La Gaggia for 15 years and have tried every conceivable grind etc and same horizontal spray.
I kept trying because I was in denial that a La Gaggia could be faulty but the machine deserves the bin if having to fiddle so much is the only way to solve the situation.
