I am to dial 770-answer is " Welcome....merlin mail" I have the MAIN pass codes and security # for the main system, but need to know how to set individual voicemails on the individual phones. I would still dial 770 but then it asks for the extension and the extensions password. There are a bunch of new employees who do not know how to set up there greeting and passcodes including me but was passed off the job to find out.
I can enter the 770 but then what can I do? Hope you can help.
