New home theatre system was perfectly working for 2 months, however, the sound volume started to kind of dim as if somebody is blocking the sound although the volume level remains the same!!
If I switch off the system and switch it back on, the problem goes away for few minutes, then it happens again!

If still under warranty , take it back for a warranty fix
LG Service Center said that they tested the old unit for 3 days wihtout any issue, however, they replaced it to sort out the problem from its roots. the problem occurs in all modes AUX, HDMI, etc.
it is possible that the old speakers are the problem if they were not replaced with the unit
try different speakers
