New laptop can not connect to Di-524 router
I got my wireless router about 3 years ago and secured it with a network key. Now, I got a new laptop but I lost the network key. How do I get the key? I tried to go into 192.168 thing but it will not do anything - just stalls. Suggestions?

Connect the router to pc via a ethernet cable, then there should be a reset pin hole on the back, press this, the router will restart and clear the password, restart pc next, then type in the routers address again and you should connect.
You can then remove the cable and connect using the wireless connection
