When I plug in my brand-new Upstar 24" TV, it won't turn on. The indicator light is supposed to be red when the power is off and green when the power is on-- but the indicator light won't turn on at all. I know the outlet is working, since I've been able to plug in other devices there just fine. It also won't work with outlets in other rooms. Any ideas?
