New watch will charge
Brand new watch will not accept a charge via USB. Have tried multiple USB ports but display on watch remains blank. Contacts on the back of the watch are clean.

Have you only tried to charge this from your computer? There are several devices that will connect to a computer to transfer information, however will only charge from a wall adapter. So what I am asking is if you have tried to charge the watch from the wall.
