Nextar q3-01 Bought item Dec. 2007 for birthday gift Sept. 2008, so just opened box, and presto, no sounds at all. Battery is fully charged. Notice in box says STOP, DO NOT RETURN TO STORE. I tried calling your number at 1-888-849-0846..... the call does not go through. what do I do now ?
