Nextbook tablet resets upon full shutdown
Whenever we shut down our nextbook 8, it completely resets. It deletes all of our apps, pictures, etc, and forces us to log-in to our account all over again. Is this a ccommon problem, and if so, how can we fix it?

The problem could be that you are pressing down the power button and the volume button at the same time when you shut down. That will cause an android tablet to reset itself. There may be an issue with the power shut off button.
