Nikon troubleshooting
I just got my 3200 Nikon and I started charging the battery, I was able to on and off, but after a while charging when I went to check if the battery was fully charged the camera does not turn on. What is the problem?

So long as the battery is fully charged it should turn on, you can't take a photo without a sd card but you should be able to turn the camera on and navigate menus.
it sounds like you have a defective unit
