While probably possible this is simply not worth the time for a 32'' these days. It'll probably remain unknown unless either an enthusiast or Sanyo themselves spend the time to figure it out and publish it. One issue with that approach is that Internet gets full with postings about this and that solution and most of them are not correct.While probably possible this is simply not worth the time for a 32'' these days. Check the power supply board for secondary voltage, like the 3.3 volt line outputs. They could have blown capacitors. Possible that the primary caps are affected as well, but they would be OK if there is a picture on the screen.

You need a new main board or a service of the existing one.
For 32'' models probably a replacement will be easier.
