no cd or manual
IO have the ezonics ez368 pac207 web cam but when it was given to me there was no discs or manuals.So I need help setting it up.

Did you try searching for the manufacturer website and look for a support or download section? Should be available.
If not, try a driver finder program to find download the driver.
