No cleaning fluid or water comming out of cleaner
This is a new bissel proheat carpet cleaner. when using it it will shoot out fluid and the belt wheel on top is spinning off and on to show the brushes are turning but then the wheel stops and fluid quits comming out why !!!

Not sure of your model but on most of the bissell's ( except there new style) the belt drives the pump and the brush on the bottom. no pump action then no spray action. you probably need a new belt.
