No connection, have checked cable connection each end without plugging it into the patch panel and it works, plug it into the patch panel nothing? Could the patch panel be faulty?
Do you mean that you tested the patch lead that connects the patch panel and the hub? OR The RJ45 connection at the workstation (one end) and the RJ45 connection at the patch panel (at the other end)? If these checked out OK then the RJ45 connection at the hub could be faulty, try a different port on the hub, do you get a link light? The LAN card in the conputer could be faulty, try another computer at the "faulty" workstation to check the network connection.
