Goto my computer and right click, choose properties and then go into device manager, find display adapters and click the "+" sign to the left, it should bring your graphics driver that you are using at the moment, right click on it and choose update driver, use the internet option to automatically find the driver online, it takes a few minutes so be patient and it should find the correct driver for your graphics.
Ok, first check the onboard graphics hasnt been disabled in the bios, unplug the pc from the mains take the expansion graphics card out, take the small lithium silver battery out of the board for about 30 seconds then replace it, plug the monitor cable in and boot the pc back up, the bios should now be back to factory default, what happens?post back what happens.cheers.
Check the power supply if it is 200w it may be woth changing to a higher wattage power pack about 350w to 450w should be enough somtimes the 200w power hasnt got enough power to power up the expansion graphics card properly, therefore the computer will not boot. Tell me what wattage rating your power pack is.
