No drum in machine and can't pull out tray to put one in
When our Risograph GR 3750 was moved to our new office someone removed the color drum. Now the Home position button isn't lit and I can't get the tray to slid out to put a new drum in. When I push the button nothing happens. Anyone know what to do besides calling a tech?

Look at your drum. Is it locked in it's home position?.. If it is then look into the machine.. Take a pair of needle nose pliers reach in and insert the into the female side of the cam and manually turn it so it matches the drum.. (with the machine off) Turn on the machine again and try to re-insert the drum. Look carefully at that cam in there.. It only can go one way.. It appears that you could turn it just 180 degrees and it would work.. but it won't fit.. This should solve the problem.. once the drum is in the machine it will find position b on it's own..
