No files can be seen when i open it but when i go to its peoperties more than half of the 8GB is in use meaning my files are still in there only that when i open the usb its blank, no files can be detected. How i can recover my files contained in the USB?

Go to command prompt, go to your pendrive drive, enter the command
ex:
g:\dir /ah
to see hidden files
g:\attrib -h xyz
to unhide the folder
g:\xyz\copy x c:
copy the content of folder to c :
g:\ explorer xyz
to open in window
Go to my my computer find the usb drive it will have a letter designation right cick it then left click explore an extract all the files you want.
