My machine is 3 or 4 years old. No water is flowing from coffee side. I opened machine and it looks like there is a small cut in the tubing at its first connection. Can this cause enough air intake to stop the pump from working. Sometimes when I lift the tube & water tank high, the water will flow. If this is the problem, can I replace the tube with readily available tubing from a hardware store? Or is there a sealant I can use?
