No highs in one speaker and no lows in another
I bought the samnson db 300a about 2 months ago for a small karaoke gig. just 2 days ago I lost bass in one and all the highs in the other. I checked my power sources and they were fine. I am afraid to open the back as I am not that versed in pro audio or electrical.

Hi Rob,
I would like to inform you that the problem might be with the karaoke gig. To isolate this issue connect the speakers to another system and check the functionality.
If the problem still persists I suggest you to contact the samson for replacement as you have the warranty period. Just provide them serial number and proof of purchase, let them isolate the cause after all these they will replace the unit for you. Please do not experiment on the product.

There is no problem to open and check it, but better if you go for a warranty (coz. it's new speaker).
