No hot water from the delivery pipe, nor steam for cappuccino
The machine apparently send the command "hot water" or "cappuccino", but nothing happens and the display shows continuously "in preparation". Tried to switch off and on, no results. Tried to descale...no results. The machine still make regularly coffee, however. Any suggestions?

If the machine is constantly showing "in Preparation"
The fault lies in the boiler circuit.
Either :-
Steam element is open circuit. (7332212600)
Temperature sensor is faulty (5232105100)
or
The Thermal Cut Out (TCO) (5232105000)
fuse has gone open circuit.
All three of these can be tested with a multimeter with the
machine SWITCHED OFF and unplugged !!!!!
If you do not know what a multimeter is then I suggest that you return the machine for repair as their are DANGEROUS VOLTAGES within the machine which will KILL you.
