No hot water
I have a reliance hot water heater and I replaced the lower element, we had to wait for a day for it to heat up the water, once we used the water it would not heat up again. I replaced the thermostat, but have been waiting for two hours and the water is not heating up at all. What could the problem be?

You may have 2 elements. Make sure both circuit breakers are on.If the heater is old it may be plugged up with sediment. Flush out via valve on bottom. If no water comes out or it is very rusty keep running till clear. If it does not help probably time for a new heater.
