No instructions, no action
I am having the same problem not getting my ifD purifier to come on. I can change the power on the screen, but it won't start. unfortunately there were no instructions or paperwork in the box. I will have to download the warrenty or something.

Well I'm just an idiot. The back cover was not clicked on properly. As soon as I noticed and readjusted it back into place - voila!
