No line error
When send out a settlement. I am getting a no line error. I have check connections and phone line. All appear to be in working order. I have reprogram the unit thru the service. Can the modem go bad. If so, is there a way to check it. If it is bad can it be repaired?

Yes the modem can be the problem. Try first to disconnect everything from power and see if this help.
To test the modem you need to connect to the computer.
