I have the Windchaser HUL60 1.8 Gallon Humidifier. This is the 3rd season I've used it. Just took it out for the winter season and the first couple of days it worked fine. Now now mist/steam, etc is coming out of the top like it's supposed to. It's set at 45%. The display is showing it's only at 35%. It's thoroughly cleaned every year before its stored away. I don't know what the problem is.
