Windows xp, Vista, and Windows7 should already have a driver included for the v-touch. It's possible that if your computer has a compact flash card reader, that it maybe preventing the v-touch driver from being correctly installed. Try using the "Safely remove Hardware" to temporarily remove your cf card reader. Then try plugging in your v-touch. It should now correctly install the driver and the v-touch will show up as a new drive. In Windows Device Manager under "Disk Drives" you should see 2 new devices - "Company PNP Platform OPN USB Device" and "Company PNP Platform SDC USB Device
Yeah I just open My Computer folder and look for what is Drive:G on my PC and I open it and add or delete MP3sYeah I just open My Computer folder and look for what is Drive:G on my PC and I open it and add or delete MP3s
No PC will recognize any of the Visual Land products. One must connect unit to PC via USB cable provided and Open "My Computer" folder and you should see Drive /mass storage below your D Drive. Open the folder and make it a half page on your screen. Then Open My Muisc /Music Folder and have it side by side with your V-Land Player and one has to "DRAG" your music LP by LP or Song by Song over into your "G" Drive, which ever is your Visual-Land Player"s folder. Best of Luck and God Bless!!
