Hi, I have this problem and when I spoke to JBL techical support they told me that Apple have changed their software on the New Nano and the ipod touch and of course the iphone and regrettably the radial does not support S video for these products. I'm told it will work with first generation ipod classics. PS: i had to carefully cut off some of the plastic plug to make sure the connection goes all the way into the back of the radial
Make sure that you select the correct 'AUX' input mode on your TV setup by connecting another know good device (such as a DVD player) to this S-VHS TV input
Thank you for your feedback but your JBL was designed speifically for Ipod product and therefore should be compatible. I am aware that somewhere along the line, JBL changed their S-VHS support in favor to a 'in favor of a minijack-style AV-out connector', could it be the issue as you are not getting a signal on the coorect pins on the S-VHS ?
