Turn off the TV, unplug it if possible and wait 10 minutes and plug it in and turn it on. If you still have the bliue screen and are feeding the TV with cable or antenna there may be a signal problem or digital signal level problem. If you still have a blue screen and are feeding audio and video seperately in could be a cableing problem. If not there may be a video input menu item that was changed. You would have to check the menu items.
