You must put in pairing mode first. Starting with it powered off, press and hold the Multi Function Button (MFB) for some 8 seconds (i.e. much longer than the time required to turn it on), until the indicator light is solidly lit. Then, make your phone (generically speaking, the bluetiooth device you want to pair your headset with) search for new devices. After a while your headset should appear on its screen. Select it make it connect. If a pairing code is requested ,enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, the headset should enter the stand-by mode (its light blinks periodically). The pairing procedure between any two bluetooth enabled devices should be performed just once. All subsequent connections should be achieved simply by bringing both devices within reach. If a bluetooth link is not established, a simple press on the MFB should get the job done. Hope it works for you. Regards, Carlos
