Well most probably there may be some fault in the main cable connected to the heater and the power board (seems that the cable is burnt) so check the cable first, also check the power board is working or not. Please post comments for more help or information........

Ok, tell us the Brand and the Model number of your heater.
But first of all check out the main cable by witch your heater is getting power, check for any burnt sign in the cable....
