No Power Turned on our Incanto this morning and no green lights and no response from the machine. Anyone know if there is a fuse or element I can check? There is power in the outlet. Jim
I had no power to the incanto machine and these instructions were right on! Thanks for saving me a trip to the service outlet. Some pictures would help, however. There are 2 resettable push button type fuses on the right side of the boiler push the buttons and you should get power back.
Take off the water tank and loosen the two screw in the chassi. Lift the chassis little and take off the back piece.
If your machine is new model then you have a round boiler on the right side, put in a finger between the chassi and the boiler, you have two thermostat fuse you have to reset.
If you have a old model the you have a fuse on a wire, if you not find any wire with fuse, then you have to take off the top of the machine. You will then see the power card, find the fuse on it and check it.
