Depending on how your DW is wired.. it could be plugged into a receptacle like any other appliance or hard wired directly from your circuit breaker box.. I would check to see if you have any circuit breakers tripped or fuses blown... to verify that you have power.. assuming you do... and because you had water in the base .. chances are your drain filter was clogged that leads water to the pump.. or the pump itself is clogged or defective.. Try power cycling the system by either unplugging it or switching off the breaker or fuse feeding it power.. Hope that helps
