You will need to check for any pico fuses that run along those capacitor lines they may be marked as pf or nf on the pcb

No power with 700P LCD monitor, No green light, nothing. replaced 2 popped 470 25C caps. Nothing else looks bad. Board 860-ALZ-M713-F? This trouble maybe power supply or inverter boards is defective.
