"No Printer Found"
When I plug it in to the computer using the USB cable the computer can't detect it. Yes, it's turned on. Yes, it's connected properly--I even tried using a different USB cable that I own.

This sounds like your OS is not recognizing plug and play devices. You can try to do manual install from a CD or Manufacturers site.Just go to control panel and printers and click add printer and click add local printer and just follow the prompts. Make sure printer is unpluged from the pc before installation wizard tells you to plug it in since some will not install if plugged before driver or software installation. Hope this helps.
