"No Signal" Message when using HDMI Inputs on 26" Proscan LCD TV
I have a 26" Proscan LCD TV with 2 HDMI Inputs. When attemting to plug my Laptop Computer into one of the HDMI Inputs to watch a Movie, the TV fails to receive any signal. Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this problem?

You MUST get HDMI Driver for your Video Card, it is NOT standard. You need to go to PC makers web site and download latest Video Divers for your PC, then you must set up Multiple Desktops, To do that you must first connect the TV, but leave OFF, connect up to PC, reboot, setup Video Card, turn ON TV, TV will have already been detected, On PC, Share the desktop, or Clone, whatever you wish, now reboot after saving settings. Now you set the TV for HDMI already and it should show you a desktop when chosen. You must select and setup TV, FIRST, then connect the PC. From then on, Turn the TV ON, then turn the PC ON, that way it will Always detect the HDMI port.
Chris - I've been searching for my answer to this and I keep coming across your same message. I am able to hook up my laptop to another HDTV in my house with no problem. But I get "no signal" when I do this with HDMI between laptop and Proscan! What gives?
