No Suction in hose
I can use it to vacuum but when I try to use the hose the suction is bad and it sounds like the suction is at the top of the part that you take off to empty and it gets loud, you can feel the suction from the vent at the top of that part as well.

You have a clog in the hose ... you can use a mop handle or other long (not sharp) stick or wire to poke down the hose and push out what ever is in there .. be careful not to poke holes in the hose .. sometimes if you just hold the hose backwards to the where the suction is (where its normall connected but this time switch ends) .. then it frees the clog ..
