Noise in front left hand side
When driving a noise comes from under car. it sounds like some thing knocking. have had it to mechanic . he could find nothing. his suggestion was it COULD be shock absorber. all rubbers etc look to be in good condition.

Hi there, the knocking may be the cv joints coming apart. they are like a driveshaft u joint setup and when the ball bearing start wearing out they tend to start falling out, and you cant see them because they are covered by a rubber boot
