Report "Nokia 6120c I opened a message from a friend containing a 'business card' with another friend's number. In the middle of extracting that information, my phone froze, so I turned it off. When I tried to turn it back on, the phone would not load past the white screen with the nokia logo. I have tried removing the battery, putting the phone on charge, removing the sim card. Please help, I am at university and have no other means of contact with my family :("
