I recently received a Sportline Duo 1010 Dual-Use Heart Rate Monitor as a gift. When I opened the package, I noticed that the watch was blinking, even though a note stated that it was powered down to conserve battery life. I pressed and held any key for more than 5 seconds and the watch did not respond. I tried setting variou watch functions and again no response from the watch. How do I get the watch to stop bliniign and respond to some function?
